SHAPE AND DIMENSIONS OF STRUCTURE (SKETCHED FLOOR PLANS ON SEPARATE PAGES ARE ACCEPTABLE) L-shaped, with front facing northeast onto Hospital St. North ell extends towards Hospital St. EXTERIOR FEATURES OF NOTE The main entrance, on the second floor, is reached by a symmetrical two-part curving stairway flanking the hexagonal projecting entrance bay. The bay is arcaded with pilasters and keystones. Cistern under bay. Hipped roof. INTERIOR FEATURES OF NOTE (DESCRIBE FLOOR PLANS, IF NOT SKETCHED) MAJOR ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS.WtTH DATES PRESENT CONDITION AND USE OTHER INFORMATION AS APPROPRIATE Building is set on second of three terraces stepping up from Hospital St. The terraces are contained by retaining walls 5' to 10' high.
