ACT NO.6532 BILL NO. 24-0260 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To ratify the Agreement For Group Life And Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance between the Government of the Virgin Islands, the Virgin Islands Port Authority and the University of the Virgin Islands and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company ---(--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 3, chapter 25, section 633, Virgin Islands Code, the Legislature hereby ratifies the Agreement dated June 21, 2002, entitled Agreement For Group Life And Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance between the Government of the Virgin Islands through the Health Insurance Board of Trustees, the Virgin Islands Port Authority and the University of the Virgin Islands and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and the two Amendments to Agreement For Group Life and Accidental Death And Dismemberment Insurance dated June 21, 2002, which are attached hereto as Appendix A. …
