ACTNO. $146 BILL NO. 32-0326 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An act amending Act of October 12, 2018, (Bill No. 32-044) enacted by override of the Governor’s Veto ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act of October 12, 2018, Bill No. 32-0244, which was vetoed by the Governor of the Virgin Islands on September 25, 2018, and enacted override of the Governor’s veto by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands at its regular session on October 12, 2018, is amended by striking sections 2, 3, 4, and 5 in their entirety. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on October 15, 2018. Witness our Hands and Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands this of October, A.D., 2018. (Jesident\ Jean A.
