OPCMR AMENDMENT No. 1 OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT THIS AMENDMENT made as of the 20th dayof July , 2022 in the Territory of the Virgin Islands, by and between the Government of the Virgin Islands DEPARTMENT OF PROPERTY AND PROCUREMENT, on behalf of the DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (hereinafter referred to as “Government”) and WSP USA Inc., formerly known as Parsons Brinckerhoff, Inc. whose address is 4139 Oregon Pike Ephrata PA, 17522(hereinafter referred to as “Contract”). OPCMR AMENDMENT No. 1 OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT THIS AMENDMENT made as of the 20th dayof July , 2022 in the Territory of the Virgin Islands, by and between the Government of the Virgin Islands DEPARTMENT OF PROPERTY AND PROCUREMENT, on behalf of the DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (hereinafter referred to as “Government”) and WSP USA Inc., formerly known as Parsons Brinckerhoff, Inc. whose address is 4139 Oregon Pike Ephrata PA, 17522(hereinafter referred to as “Contract”). Both parties witness to being duly authorized to execute this agreement and will attest accordingly when and where necessary. WITNESSETH WHEREAS, pursuant to Contract No.P042DPWT19 approved by the Governor on 7/24/2019 “(which is hereinafter referred to as the ‘“Contract”).” the Government contracted with the Contractor to provide Architectural and Engineering services to reduce the existing traffic congestion along the segment of Veterans Drive (Route 30) between Kronprindsends Tvaer Gade and W.G. Lewis Lane (formerly Lovers Lane)/ Long Bay Road intersection; and WHEREAS, the Contract expires pursuant to its terms on June 30, 2023; and WHEREAS, “The Government desires to amend the Contract to: (i) include additional services for the design of a Counterfort Wall along the new alignment around the Legislature Building, include a Flushing Study for the proposed lagoon surrounding the Legislature Building and Visualization Services for the preparation of a 2.5D motion simulation; (ii) extend the term by six (6) months; and (iii) increase the compensation by Three Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Eight Dollars and Seventy-Eight Cents ($374,798.78) WHEREAS, the accomplishment of the services described hereinafter is authorized by Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) under Title 23 U.S.C. 215; and NOW, THEREFORE, for mutual and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledge, the parties hereto agree as follows: TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1 Paragraph No.1- Services is hereby amended by deleting the existing text contained therein and replacing it with new language as follows: “The Contractor will provide the services described in Addendum | (Scope of Work) and Addendum IA (Additional Scope of Work) attached hereto and made a part of this Contract.” 1 Contract No. _P133DPWT22 tnitias: Per OPCMR APPROVED: Oral pate: M22 r.
