ACTNO. 7631 BILL NO. 30-0427 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act amending Act Nos. 7499, 7535, 7557, 7558 relating to appropriations and for other purposes -—-)-— Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act No. 7535 is amended in section 2 in the following instances: (a) Line item “M1002 DOF-ERP System Software” is amended by striking “$700, 000” and inserting “$1,300,000”; (b) — Line Item “M1116 DOP-Buck Consultants” is amended by striking “$288,000” and inserting “$320,000”; (c) Line item “New DPNR-Tutu Well Litigation Site” is amended by striking “405,000” and inserting “$450,000”; (d) Line item “New GERS-Outstanding Contributions to Government Employees who retired after December 31, 2012” is amended by striking “$1,500,000” and inserting “$2,500,000”. (e) Three line items are added that read as follows: NEW DOJ Anti Gun Violence Program $125,000 NEW P&P ERP Vendor Self-Service Module Acquisition and Implementation cost $ 65,000 NEW DPW Estate Ross Fire Station $741,826 SECTION 2.
