PCTNU 8233 BILL NO. 33-0175 THLRTY-THIR.D LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2019 An Act appropriating the sum of 52,000,000 from the Internal Revenue Matching Fund as a contribution to the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020 ---0--- Be it enacted by (he Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. In accordance with title 33, chapter lii, section 3087 of the Virgin Islands Code, the sum of 52,000,000 is appropriated from the Internal Revenue Matching Fund to the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund for fiscal year ending September 30, 2020, for the purpose of capital improvement projects on the island of St. Croix.
