I respectfully request to be excused from testifying on this measure and instead ask that this letter be placed on the record in lieu of testimony. The Judiciary takes no position on the amendment which would place full administration of the moving violations point system under the purview of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Agency reviews/appeals will be conducted as required by law. …
