ACTNO, 7497 BILL NO. 30-0145 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act relating to expenditures authorized for the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands and providing an appropriation for the operating expenses of the Superior Court for FY 2013 an-Q--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. In addition to the authority granted under Act No. 7446, section 2(b) to expend any balances from prior-year encumbrances, the Superior Court may expend reserves on account in Fiscal Year 2013, for any purposes the Superior Court determines to be critical fiscal year priorities. SECTION 2. The sum of $2,740,296 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013, from the General Fund to the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands for operating expenses.
