On Tuesday, December 10 and Wednesday, December 11, 2024, VIPD hosted a two-day consent Decree Summit in St. Thomas at the UVI Campus for command staff personnel from both the St. Thomas and St. Croix Districts. The purpose of the summit was to discuss and clarify the requirements of the remaining paragraphs of the Consent Decree, to encourage robust discussion regarding issues and challenges and to encourage solution driven feedback from command officers. The IMT and USDOJ were present and participated in the summit. …
