Amendment 1- RFP-038-T-2020 (P) – Provide Third Party Overisght and Funds Management Services for the US Virgin Islands - Territorial Questions/Answers Question: What impact, if any, has COVID-19 had on GVI contractor’s ability to work on-site? Answer: There has been minimal impact because the contractor is capable of telework and actively maintains communication with on-island staff while on the mainland. Local staff also worked from home or came into our offices. Question: Should the pandemic or other issues have greater impact, will there be options to propose a virtual implementation plan or activities? Answer: Yes, there will be virtual implementation plans used during the stay at home order. Question: Does GVI own the MUNIS software that is currently being used by the contractor? Answer: Yes, GVI owns the MUNIS software and pays monthly for the subscription. Question: Will GVI IT Department coordinate in any way on this contract? If yes, what are their roles and responsibilities? Answer: No, they will not. Question: How many years does this file go back? …

Answer: There has been minimal impact because the contractor is capable of telework and actively maintains communication with on-island staff while on the mainland. Question: Is there a list of standard reports the GVI currently has access to for MUNIS ERP? Answer: GVI has basic access and the GVI uses GL Inquiry reports, Invoice listings, and all other reports available. Question: What is the volume of data maintained? Answer: This information will be further discussed with the awardee after the evaluation and award of this contract. Question: What system servers does GVI currently utilize? Answer: GVI utilizes MUNIS ERP. The third-party agent uses other systems of their choosing. Question: What version of the MUNIS ERP is the GVI/contractor currently on? Is it cloud based? Answer: GVI is currently operating on MUNIS V11.3.2.1.0 which is Cloud-base. Question: Who currently has access or ownership of the data files? Answer: The current third-party fiduciary agent currently has ownership of the data files. Question: Will they be required to work with incoming contractor to migrate the data from current systems? Answer: The data will remain on the MUNIS system so there will not be a need for migration.
