ACTNO. 875 1 BILL NO. 35-0160 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2023 An Act providing an appropriation from the Virgin Islands Lottery as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands for the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding title 32 Virgin Islands Code, section 246(a)(11) or any other law, the sum of $950,000 is appropriated from the Virgin Islands Lottery in the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024, as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 22, 2023. Witness our Hands and Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands this abMaay of September, A.D., 2023. iovelle E.
