Joseph Stadium Project. HE shall provide: The operational plan for the stadium upon completion Projected annual maintenance and operational costs Revenue projections and anticipated sources of income Planned uses of the facility including sports, events, and festivals An assessment of whether the current design meets intended program needs and ADA Compliance HE is further required to produce all requested documents no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled hearing. 3.
