Section 56.—Within thirty days after the date on which taxes become delin- quent, each collector snall prepare a list of delinquent taxpayers within his dls- trict, showing for each the assessment o® the propertv upon which taxes are due and unpaid and the amount of taxes due thereom and shall append to each list a notice stating that, unless said delinquent taxes, togetter with the in- terest provided for by Section 52, are paid withid a period of twenty days from the date of said notice, the property of said taxpayer will be attached and sold in the manner hereinafter provided. One copy of said list, - with notice attached, shall be sent by the collector to the Secretary, and one copy publishe , and posted in the form and place provided tfor by section 53 of this Ordinance.
