ACTNO. 6958 BILL NO. 27-0108 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2007 An Act appropriating funds to the St. Thomas East End Medical Center, Group Health Insurance Program and to other departments and agencies --0-- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $1,330,142 is appropriated from the General Fund in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2008, to the St. Thomas East End Medical Center Corporation for the reimbursement of payroll expenses owed to the Department of Health’s federally funded programs. SECTION 2. The sum of $4,330,053 is appropriated from the General Fund the fiscal year ending September 30, 2008 to the Division of Personnel for the Group Health Insurance Program to partially fund prior year costs associated with the operation of the Government’s health insurance program.
