Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 16, section 274 is repealed and reenacted with amendments to read as follows: “8274 (a) The Virgin Islands Taxicab Commission is established as a semi- autonomous agency. The Commission is situated within the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs for budgetary purposes only. (b) | The commission is composed of nine members appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Legislature. …
