ACT NO, 7396 BILL NO. 29-0373 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act ratifying the Governor’s approval of Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-39-07(W) issued to St. Croix Marine & Development Company, Inc. ---0--- WHEREAS, the St. Croix Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Commission issued Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-39-07(W) to St. Croix Marine & Development Company, Inc. on April 25, 2012; and WHEREAS, Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-39-07(W) authorizes the continued use of an existing marina consisting of eight piers, including thirty boat slips and two rail systems; and WHEREAS, the Governor of the Virgin Islands approved Major Coastal Zone Permit CZX-39-07W on June 8, 2012; and WHEREAS, title 12 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 21, section 911(e) provides that the Governor's approval of any coastal zone permit or lease for the occupancy or development of trust lands, or other submerged or filled lands must be ratified by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands; Now, Therefore, Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION …
