AT NN VARY BILL NO. 29-0443 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act to appropriate funds from the General Fund of the Virgin Islands to the University of the Virgin Islands to restore salaries that were reduced as a result of the Virgin Islands Economic Stability Act of 2011 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of four hundred thousand, two hundred sixty-seven dollars and three cents ($400,267.03) is appropriated for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013, from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Virgin Islands to the University of the Virgin Islands to use for restoration of salaries affected by the eight percent pay cut implemented by Act No. 7261, the Virgin Islands Economic Stability Act of 2011.
