ACT NO.4562 BILL NO. 24-0297 TWENTY FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-2 for Parcel No. 5g, Remainder Estate Pastory, No. 5, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John from R-2 to R-3 ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-2 for the island of St. John is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel No. 5g, Remainder Estate Pastory, No. 5, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, consisting of 0.466 U.S. acres, as more fully described on OLG No. D9-6959-T001, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two-Family) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on August 28, 2002.
