ACT NO, 796% BILL NO. 31-0486 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act amending Act No. 7695 to change the real property conveyed to the Enrique Romero Nieves American Legion Post 102, Inc. from Plot No. 184 Estate Anna's Hope to Plot No. 29 Estate Anna’s Hope ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act No. 7695 is amended in the following instances: (a) In section 1, strike “Plot No. 184° and insert “Plot No. 29”, strike ‘9.8938 USS. acres” and insert “3.3700 U.S. acres”, and strike “OLG Map No. 3284, dated October 28, 1976” and insert “OLG Map No. 733, dated November 05, 1958”. (b) In section 2, strike “Plot No. 184" and insert “Plot No. 29”. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on December 21, 2016.
