GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES VIRGIN ISLANDS PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION In Re: PSC Docket No. 289 The Virgin Islands Water and Power Order No. 37/2013 Authority’s Levelized Fuel Adjustment Charge ORDER WHEREAS, this matter is before the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (“Commission” or “PSC”) on the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority’s (““WAPA” or “Authority’) January 29, 2013 Petition for Reconsideration of the Commission’s Order No. 20/2013, dated as January 3, 2013; | WHEREAS, at a Special Meeting of the Commission held on February 12, 2013, the Commission granted reconsideration and set the matter for further proceedings before a hearing examiner; and WHEREAS, on March 26, 2013, the Commission met in public session at the Comamission’s offices on both St. Thomas and St. Croix; and WHEREAS, at the Commission’s Meeting of March 26, 2013, the Authority’s Executive Director requested that its Petition for Reconsideration be withdrawn; and WHEREAS, the Authority also requested that all issues raised and arguments made by The Authority in Docket 289 are reserved to Docket 614 “The Minimum Filing Requirements for the Electric and Water LEAC”.
