Regular Session 2008 An Act appropriating the sum of $16,500,000 from the Transportation Trust Fund as a contribution to the General Fund ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding 33 V.I.C., subsection 3003a (e) and (f), the sum of $16,500,000 is appropriated from the Transportation Trust Fund in the fiscal year ending Septerhber 30, 2009, as a contribution to the General Fund.
