The President also discussed with the Board his intention to continue to increase the responsibilities of Dr. Richards as the College's Provost, as part of his attempt to evolve some of his responsibilities to others. He stated that this would have the effect of strengthening the College and also provide the President with the ability to work in a forward direction to further develop the College, including the St. Croix campus.
