EVERY YOUNGSTER WHO DESERVES TO GO TO CVI OUGHT TO BE ABLE TO GO (Board of Trustees Meeting, June 4-6, 1962) It was a consensus of opinion that every youngster who deserved to go to CVI ought to be able to go; price should not stand in the way Students would not be required to live in the dormitory, of attendance. but every effort would be made to encourage at least 60% of them to do so.
