ACTNO. 7654 BILL NO. 30-0378 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act amending Act No. 7081 to reprogram monies to the Department of Human Services for the expansion of services at the Herbert Grigg Home for the Aged and to the Department of Sports, Parks, and Recreation for a grant to the Barren Spot Homeowners’ Association for recreational purposes —-0-—- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act No. 7081 is amended in Section 2 (L), Other Critical Projects, by reducing the sum in the line item for “$1,500,000 DPW for the Durant Tower Construction” by $999,405. SECTION 2. From the savings realized by the action taken in Section 1, there is appropriated: (A) the sum of $799,405 to the Department of Human Services for capital improvements at the Herbert Grigg Home for the Aged ;and (B) subject financial reporting and disclosure requirements under 2 V.I.C. …
