St. Thomas Dear Attorney D'Anna: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has completed the review of the above-mentioned document dated June 30, 1994 and your responses to EPA's July 25, 1994 comments. All EPA's comments have been adequately addressed. Please keep in mind that the provision to store hazardous waste solely to accumulate sufficient quantities to facilitate proper treatment and/or disposal is for only up to one year. An extension for an additional year may be requested. Caroline Kwan of my staff will be providing oversight of the soil excavation/remediation work. Please let her know two weeks in advance when you have a firm date to start the field work.
