ACTNO. 7993 BILL NO. 32-0091 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2017 An Act amending Act No. 7911, section | increasing the amount of the appropriation from the Internal Revenue Matching Fund to the General Fund and reprogramming $3,000,000 from any available funds in the Gross Receipt Tax Bonds, Matching Fund Bonds, or the Community Facilities Trust Account to fund emergency sewage repairs and line replacement at the Juan F. Luis Hospital and Medical Center on St. Croix ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION I. Act No. 7911, section | is amended by: (1). striking all three occurrences of $12,300,000 and inserting “$21,300,000”; and (2). striking “$99,774,281" and inserting “$108,774,281". SECTION 2. (a) The sum of $3,000,000 from the following capital projects previously authorized under the respective acts and in the remaining amounts described in subsection (b) are reprogrammed to fund emergency sewage repairs and line replacement at the Juan F. Luis Hospital and Medical Center on St. Croix. …
