NOTICE TO CLAIMANTS OF ISLAND NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY Lieutenant Governor Osbert E. Potter, in his capacity as Commissioner of Insurance and Liquidator of Island National Insurance Company (“Island National”), is now in the final phase of liquidating the assets of Island National. If you believe that you may have a valid outstanding claim against Island National for losses suffered, unearned premiums or some other valid claim which entitles you to receive payment from Island National, please contact the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, Division of Banking and Insurance (“Division”), for more information about how you may obtain payment. Please be advised that claimants are not entitled to receive payments for claims which have already been settled and paid in full. All inquiries regarding the payment of claims or the filing of claims should be made at either of the following locations: ST.
