Harris, and Gregor and Maxine Wetanson for the continued use and occupancy of an existing 65’ 10” “L” shaped pier with gazebo and 576 ft’ of water area at Parcel No. 4-A Estate Chocolate Hole, St. John, Virgin Islands ---0--- WHEREAS, the St. Thomas Committee of the Coastal Zone Management commission issued Permit CZJ-26-10W Barbara J.
