ACTNO, 6961 BILL NO. 27-0122 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2007 An Act amending Official Zoning District Map No. SCZ-12 for Plot Nos. 294-A and Remainder 295 Estate Barren Spot, King Quarter, St. Croix from the R-2 (Residential- Low Density One and Two Family) to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning District Map No. SCZ-12, for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot Nos. 294-A, Estate Barren Spot, King Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 11.814 and Remainder 295 consisting of 32.256 USS. acres and as more adequately described on O.L.G. No. 4365 dated December 22, 1986 and revised April 2, 1995, and also shown on OLG No. 5710, dated November 23, 2005, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density One and Two Family) to B-2 (Business- Secondary/Neighborhood). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 19, 2007. …
