ACTNO. 6691 BILL NO. 25-0265 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To provide appropriations for salaries and operating expenses of the Territorial Court of the Virgin Islands and the Judicial Council for the fiscal year October 1, 2004 to September 30, 2005 and for other purposes ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $23,347,703 is appropriated from funds in the Treasury of the Virgin Islands in the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2004, and ending September 30, 2005, to the Territorial Court for salaries and other operating expenses. SECTION 2. The sum of $389,759 is appropriated from funds in the Treasury of the Virgin Islands for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2004, and ending September 30, 2005, to the Judicial Council for salaries and other operating expenses.
