Wednesday, March 25, 2026 The Honorable Kurt Vialet Chair Committee on Education and Workforce Development 36th Legislature of the Virgin Islands 3022 Estate Golden Rock St. Croix, VI 00820 Dear Chairman Vialet: Please accept this letter as formal notice that I will be absent from the Committee on Education and Workforce Development meeting scheduled for Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the Frits E. Lawaetz Legislative Conference Room. Due to an invitation to attend the Black Legislative Leaders Network (BLLN) Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Caucus Legislative Summit, I am unable to attend. Accordingly, I respectfully request to be excused from today’s hearing. Kindly forward all documents and information shared during today’s meeting to my office. Thank you for your consideration.
