AcTNO. 8191 BILL NO. 33-0 125 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2019 An Act ratifying the approval of the Governor of the Virgin Islands of Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-36-16(W) ---0--- WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources issued Minor Coastal Zone Pcnriit No. CZT-36-16(W) to Thera Passage, LLC on May 14, 2019, and the Governor of the Virgin Islands approved the Permit on July 15, 2019; WHEREAS, Minor Coastal Zone PermitNo. CZT-36-16(W) permits the existing 102 feet dock with a 31 feet by 6 feet “U’ shaped head, along with 10 pilings and 10,800 square feet of watcr area at Parcel No. Villa Olga.
