CROIX / SANTA CRUZ INSTRUCTIONS Read instructions carefully before marking your ballot. The only way to mark your ballot for your vote to be counted is to completely fill in the oval next to the selection of your choice. Make NO other mark(s) on your ballot, if you do, your vote will not be counted. INSTRUCCIONES Lea las instrucciones con cuidado antes de marcar su papeleta. An Initiative to amend Title 2, Chapter 6 of the Virgin Islands Code, entitled Apportionment of the Legislature, to create District Senators and At-Large Senators and impose District residency requirements. Una iniciativa para enmendar el Título 2, Capítulo 6 del Código de las Islas Vírgenes, titulado Reparto de la Legislatura, para crear Senadores del Distrito y Senadores por Acumulación e imponer requisitos de la residencia del Distrito. Title 2, Chapter 6 of the Virgin Islands Code, entitled Apportionment of the Legislature, is amended to read as follows: There are five(5) Districts with nine(9) district Senators and six(6) At-Large Senators El Título 2, Capítulo 6 del Código de las Islas Vírgenes, titulado Reparto de la Legislatura, se enmienda para leer como sigue: hay cinco (5) Distritos con nueve (9) Senadores de Distrito y seis (6) Senadores por Acumulación. 1. District of St. Croix, East, shall have two(2) Senators; El Distrito de St. Croix, al Este, tendrá dos (2) Senadores; 2. District of St. Croix, West, shall have two(2) Senators; El Distrito de St. Croix, al Oeste, tendrá dos (2) senadores; 3. District of St. Thomas, East, shall have two(2) Senators; El Distrito de St. Thomas, al Este, tendrá dos (2) senadores; 4. District of St. Thomas, West, shall have two(2) Senators; El Distrito de St. Thomas,al Oeste, tendrá dos (2) senadores; 5. District of St. John, shall have one(1) Senator; El Distrito de St. John, tendrá un (1) Senador; Elected by qualified voters of each respective district Electo por votantes calificados de cada Distrito respectivamente. 6.
