Act No 6984. section 5, is amended by striking subsection (pb) in its entirety. SECTION 2. The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Department of Property and Procurement, may accept by transfer the Estate Catherineberg property from WICO for the People of the Virgin Islands. The structure must be dedicated as a decorative art museum. SECTION 3. (a) There is established a task force consisting of the Commissioner of the Department of Planning and Natura!
