II-RCRA- Proceeding 7003 6 9003-92-0401 Dear Ms. Kwan: Esso Standard Oil S.A., Limited, ("Esso"), and Texaco Caribbean, Inc., ("Texaco"), (collectively the "Respondents") write to inform EPA that the Respondents designate de maximis, inc., ("de maximis"), as the new Designated Coordinator for the Tutu Environmental Investigation Committee ("TEIC"). Specifically, Mr. John P. McBurney will be the Project Coordinator and Mr. Geoffrey C. Seibel will be the Project Technical Advisor.
