ACTNO, 7975 BILL NO. 31-0502 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act granting a conditional use variance to Plot No. 115-A Estate Green Cay, St. Croix from R-1 (Residential-Low Density), for the operation of a veterinary medical clinic ---()--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to 29 V.LC.. § 238a, a use variance is granted to Plot No. 115-A Estate Green Cay, St. Croix, Virgin Islands consisting of approximately 5.34 U.S. acres as more adequately shown on OLG Drawing D9-6278-CO12, dated February 13, 2012, from the R-I (Residential-Low Density) official zoning designation to allow for the operation of a veterinary medical clinic under the conditions that: (1) There must not be any display or advertisement of any commodity or service for sale on the premises; (2) No more than one person other than a member of the immediate household may be employed to work in the business; and (3) All other requirements of the R-! (Residential-Low Density) zoning designation continue to apply to the subject property. …
