BILL NO. 27-0021 [) TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN Bhar Regular Session 2007 An Act amending 30 V.I.C., chapter | to enact the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority Financial Reform Act ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 30 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 1, is amended in the following instances: (a) in section 25, at the end of the first sentence adding the following clause: “except any cost or expenses associated with any investigation or proceedings regarding the certification or interconnection of a “Qualifying Cogeneration Facility or, Qualifying Small Power Production Facility”, as defined in 30 V.L.C., § 46, is governed solely by 30 V.L.C., §§ 47 and 48”; (b) in section 47, subsection (b), by re-designating the current paragraphs and adding a new paragraph (1) to read as follows: “(1) require the applicant/cogenerator to cover all cost, including the cost of the public utility, associated with its application for certification as a qualified producer and the costs and expenses, including the cost of the pub …
