There now remain four outstanding paragraphs in the Consent Decree that must be brought into substantial compliance: one in the Use of Force provisions and three in the Management and Supervisions provisions. Of the 11 Use of Force provisions, paragraph 37 is the sole paragraph that has not achieved substantial compliance. Of the14 paragraphs in the Management and Supervision provision, paragraphs 64, 65 and 71 must now be brought into substantial compliance. …
