Monifa Brathwaite, Public Information Officer MATTERS REQUIRING BOARD ACTION Selection of Interim Executive Director Ava Penn was appointed Interim Executive Director of the Virgin Islands Port Authority, effective immediately. Amendment No 4 to Frasca & Associates Contract Authorized and approved the Interim Executive Director to execute Amendment- Task Order No. 4 to the Contract for Professional Services for Frasca & Associates, LLC, and their sub-contractors to provide additional services and compensation for the P3 transition period of the airport P3 procurement project. The period of this amendment is from January 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026. Funding Source: VIPA reimbursed by P3 Transition Fees and Aviation Fees 2026 Property and Terrorism Insurance Renewal 1. Authorized staff to approve insurance coverage limits up to $60,000,000 for property insurance (inclusive of catastrophic perils and fire) renewal (Effective April 1, 2026) at a pricing level not to exceed $5,633,504 and to secure Terrorism coverage of up to $100,000,000.00 at a cost of $11,235. 2. Authorized staff to pay the associated fees and surplus lines taxes, which are estimated to be 5% of the premium or $282,237 (in addition to and not included in the premium costs) 3. Authorized staff to pay the total cost of $5,926,976 plus finance charges associated with obtaining premium financing in monthly installments. EXECUTIVE SESSION No executive session was held.
