(809) 793-6555 *64876* 64876 MONTHLY PROGRESS REPORT NO. 8 October 13, 1992 RE: Administrative Order on Consent Index No. II - RCRA - Proceeding 7003 & 9003-92-0401 WORK COMPLETED DURING THE MONTH 1. Completion of monitoring well installation on September 14. 1992. 2. Completion of monitoring well development on September 15. 1992. 3. Three composite samples were taken of the drilling cuttings on September 10, 1992 and submitted to Enseco East for Toxicity Characteristic Lecchate Procedure (TCLP) analysis. The purpose of these samples are to characterize the material for proper disposal. 4. Discharge of approximately 4,000 gallons of treated well development water to the sanitary sewer on September 16, 1992. 5. Submittal of September 18, 1992 letter to Jose Cepeda, Legal Counsel for Esso Standard Oil Company, regarding monitoring well sampling schedule at Four Winds Plaza. 6. Submittal of September 23, 1992 letter to Jose Cepeda regarding aquifer pumping test schedule at Four Winds Plaza. 7. Start of monitoring well sampling on September 29, 1992. TUT O06 1732 WORK TO BE COMPLETED DURING NEXT MONTH 1. Completion of monitoring well sampling. 2. Installation of piping from MW 6 and MW 6D to water treatment system for the aquifer pumping tests. 3. Submit letter to Jose Cepeda regarding installation schedule for MW 6 and MW 6D. 4. Preparation for aquifer pumping tests at MW 6 and MW 6D. 5. Begin Pumping Step Test on October 30, 1992. ANA GLORIA RAMOS TUT 006 1733
