Supervisor Caroline F. Fawkes announces that pursuant to Title 18, Section 419 of the Virgin Islands Code the CASTING OF LOTS for the positioning of names of the candidates for the official General Election ballot. The CASTING OF LOTS will take place at 5:30pm on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 in the St. Croix District Office: STX - Sunny Isle Annex Unit 4 (adjacent to the Social Security Office) NOTE: Supervisor Caroline F. Fawkes advises that “candidates should be present to pick their LOT. If the candidate cannot appear to pick their LOT they can send a representative with a notarized letter as per 18 V.I.C. § 491 attesting that they can pick the candidate’s LOT. …

Supervisor Caroline F.
