P&NG 8254 BILL NO. 33-0107 THIRTY-THIRI LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2019 An Act authorizing the Commissioner of the Department of Public Works to permit advertisements to be placed on VITRAN buses ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Department of Public Works may enter into contracts to pennit advertisements to be placed on VITRAN buses. Each quarter. the Commissioner shall remit the money realized from the sale of the advertisements to the Commissioner of Finance to be deposited into the Public Transportation Fund established in title 33, subtitle 3. chapter Ill. section 3 lOOn of the Virgin Islands Code.
