ACTNO, 7198 BILL NO. 28-0263 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2010 An Act amending Act No. 7103 relating to appropriations to the Department of Health and to OMB for the Third Party Fiduciary; amending Act No. 7064 relating to authorization for the Governor to borrow monies from public funds and to enter into financial instruments to offset cash flow problems; amending Act No. 6984 relating to the Public Finance Authority’s mandate to issue a request for proposals for a letter of credit from a lending institution; and providing for an appropriation for negotiated salary increases for the LESU, USW-Enforcement Officers, and SIU-Correction Officers oe | a Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Act No. 7103 is amended in the following instances: (a) Section 1 AA is amended by striking “34,710,723” and inserting “36,010,952”.
