ACT NO. 7260 BILL NO. 29-0037 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2011 An Act amending Title 4 V.LC., §§ 515-517 and Title 5 V.LC., § 556 to increase fees paid for services in the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands; amending Title 16 V.LC., §§ 82, 83 and 85 to increase the fees related to Vesper Marriages; amending Act No. 7075 (Bill No. 28-0009) internal section 1124(a) to remove the customs duty excise tax exemption for appliances and lighting that use direct current (DC) electricity; changing the date to section 4 of Bill No. 29-0010 in Act 7245 from October 1, 2011 to January 1, 2012; amending Title 3 V.LC., chapter 35 to add a new section regarding repeal and mandatory update of rules and regulations; amending Title 33 V.I.C., § 44 to harmonize the section regarding report and payment of gross receipts and certain excise taxes and for other purposes ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1.
