ACT NO, 7477 BILL NO. 30-0071 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act rezoning Plot No. 232-D Estate Glynn, Queen Quarter, St. Croix from A-2 (Agricultural) to R-2 (Residential-Low Density) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 29 Virgin Islands Code, Chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-7 for the Island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 232-D Estate Glynn, Queen Quarter, St. Croix consisting of approximately 2.027 U.S. acres, as more fully described on PWD Drawing No. 4201 dated November 3, 1983, from A-2 (Agricultural) to R-2 (Residential-Low Density). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on April 16, 2013. Witness our Hands and Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands this \9th Day of April, A.D., 2013.
