ACT NO, 7792 BILL NO. 31-0213 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act appropriating monies for salaries and expenses of the University of the Virgin Islands for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016 and for other purposes Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $23,902,208, or as much as may be necessary, is appropriated from any available funds in the Treasury of the Virgin Islands, to be transferred to the University of the Virgin Islands Fund for expenditure by the University of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, for the purposes named in paragraphs (1) and (2) in this section in accordance with the provisions of title 17, chapters 33 and 35, Virgin Islands Code. …
