ACT NO. 6670 BILL NO. 25-0194 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To grant a zoning variance to Parcel No. 8B Estate Adrian, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. J ohn, Virgin Islands for the purpose of developing a small scale business center ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, section 238a, Virgin Islands Code, a zoning variance is granted to Parcel No. 8B Estate Adrian, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.5117 U.S. acres, as more adequately depicted on OLG Drawing No. D9-7112-T002, to allow retail trade; personal and professional services (businesses) and offices for governmental services. All other requirements of the R-1 (Residential-LowDensity) zoning designation shall continue to apply.
