Poller, by Request of the Governor 1 Be it enacted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: 2 SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning 3 use variance from the P (Public) zoning designation is granted for Parcel No. 300-B Revised 4 Cruz Bay Town, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, consisting of 0.07 U.S. acres, as shown on 5 Drawing No. D9-9302-T0 18 to allow the construction and operation of a car wash. 6 BILL SUMMARY 7 This bill grants a zoning variance from the P (Public) zoning designation for Parcel No. 8 300-B Revised Cruz Bay Town, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John to allow the construction and 9 operation of a car wash. 10 BR26-1027/March 1O,20261PFA 11 G36-055
