Septem- ber 15th, ke said, was fix2d by the Rome and Belgrade Governments as the date for exchaaging the decisions reached oy the mixed Italian Jugosiav commission but this date was not considered as being a final proposition and there is nothing (o prevent the two Goverim nts from ex- tending the date. Quebec, Sept. 13th.—H R. H The Prince of Wales travelling as Lord Ren- frew. left here this afrernoon at 3.15 o’clock, accompanied by his suite. There was no demonstration at the station as the Prince and his suite boarded Lord Shaughvpessy’s special car “‘Killarney,”’ which has been placed at the disposal of the Prince for his trip to and from bhis ranch in Alberta. Quebec, Sept. 13th.—The cruiser *‘Capetown’’, flagship of the North At lantic Squadron, bearing the flag of Vice- Admiral Cu'me-Seymour, will sail from Quebec today for maritime province ports. The ‘'Capetown” which has bees in port since Thursday last, is due to visit St. John N. B. September 24th to 27th before proceeding to her station in the West Indies.
