Act No. 6305 (BILL NO. 23-0170) (Approved December 1, 1999) To place the Office of Collective Bargaining under the Division of Personnel for budgetary purposes only Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 24, Section 377 (a), Virgin Islands Code, is hereby amended by striking the first sentence and replacing it with the following: "The Office of the Collective Bargaining is established within the Office of the Governor, but shall function under the Division of Personnel for budgetary purposes only."
